RESUMEN : La empresa CONSTRUCTIVAMENTE S.A.S cuenta con diferentes proyectos en los cuales busca ofrecer un servicio de calidad en el control y supervisión de estos, uno de dichos proyectos es el relacionado con la interventoría realizada en el centro comercial parque Fabricato, que consiste en el acompañamiento técnico al proceso por el cual atraviesan los locales comerciales ubicados en dicho centro comercial en el municipio de Bello, Ant., antes de su apertura al público. Se busca generar información oportuna, precisa y comprensible a cada uno de los clientes de tal manera que se contribuya a la toma de decisiones que impacten positivamente al proyecto, de tal forma que se garantice un correcto proceso tanto al momento de presentar diseños, como al momento de materializarlos por medio de las obras civiles hasta su culminación. Este trabajo busca describir detalladamente dicho proceso con el fin de velar por el cumplimiento de los objetivos planteados. Con el propósito de plasmar paso a paso dicho proceso este informe será acompañado de un manual en el que se plasmarán detalladamente las diferentes fases que se atraviesan durante las obras de adecuación. |
