El análisis se realizó utilizando una metodología cuantitativa con alcance descriptivo y correlacional, considerando una muestra de 1.572 empresas manufactureras en Colombia a partir de la información suministrada en la Encuesta de Desarrollo e Innovación Tecnológica de la Industria Manufacturera (EDIT) para los años 2017-2018. Los resultados muestran que existe una relación positiva y significativa entre la OE y el DO de manera directa y mediada por el CI. Esta investigación proporciona evidencia empírica sobre la forma como la OE impacta el DO, tanto directamente como a través del CI; además, se generan implicaciones prácticas para la toma de decisiones organizativas que conduzcan al logro de los objetivos propuestos y a la obtención de ventajas competitivas. |
