Se realizaron ocho entrevistas individuales y un grupo focal con cuatro docentes que concluyeron el diplomado. Las entrevistas fueron transcritas y analizadas en una matriz de excel, de ellas se obtuvieron 502 (quinientos dos) códigos, 11 categorías descriptivas, cuatro categorías analíticas y cuatro categorías interpretativas. Resultados: Los proyectistas perciben falta de reforzadores ambientales positivos durante el curso del diplomado desde las instituciones educativas en las cuales ellos se desempeñaban como docentes. Algunos reforzadores negativos identificados fueron: la gran cantidad de documentos y actividades propuestas por el diplomado, así como los cortos plazos para su entrega, y la carencia de tiempo disponible para su formación complementaria. Sin embargo, los proyectistas tienen una fuerte motivación intrínseca al sentir que capacitarse y reforzar sus conocimientos en el área de la gestión de proyectos para la prevención puede tener resultados positivos sobre el desarrollo personal de sus alumnos. |

Method: analytical tools of grounded theory were employed to analyze the experiences of twelve participants. The research team undertook eight individual interviews and a focus group with four teachers who completed the diploma. The interviews were transcribed and analyzed in an excel matrix from which 502 (five hundred and two) codes, 11 descriptive categories, four analytical categories and four acting categories were obtained. Outcomes: During their participation in the graduate course at the educational institutes where they work as teachers, the participants perceived a lack of positive environmental enhancers Some negative enhancers identified were: the large number of documents and activities proposed by the diploma, as well as the short time frames set for submission and the lack of available time for further training. However, participants have a strong intrinsic motivation to believe that training and strengthening their knowledge in the area of project management for prevention can have positive results on the personal development of their students.Universidad de Antioquia.
