RESUMEN: La deserción es una realidad cercana en el contexto universitario, por ello, este proyecto se integra al programa PARES, una estrategia de acompañamiento de la Universidad de Antioquia para las y los estudiantes de nuevo ingreso y otros semestres por parte de estudiantes de quinto semestre en adelante principalmente o tutoría docente, en caso de ser necesario para la fomentar permanencia estudiantil. Se realiza la intervención de TS como parte del proceso de práctica profesional, guiada desde el paradigma interpretativo y el construccionismo social como teoría y enfoque, por medio del método integrado realizando gestión en diferentes ámbitos, acompañamiento, orientación, educación y otras funciones que se ajustan al plan de acción del programa pares desde en la oficina de bienestar de la facultad de ciencias sociales y humanas. Esta investigación contó con la participación de 4 familias simultáneas residentes en Medellín, quienes, a través de la entrevista a profundidad como técnica para recolección de información, compartieron sus experiencias y permitieron dar respuesta a cada uno de los objetivos del ejercicio investigativo. |
