RESUMEN: La maternidad joven, es un fenómeno que no solo está presente a nivel local, sino a nivel nacional e internacional. A lo largo de los años se ha comprobado que esta problemática en muchas madres provoca complicaciones en diferentes áreas como lo es en la salud física, emocional, en el ámbito económico y sobre todo en el educativo. Este proyecto aborda el fenómeno de la maternidad joven, situado en el barrio Hoover Quintero del Distrito de Turbo, Antioquia, donde se trabajó con madres jóvenes entre los 16 y 25 años, con el fin de promover la cohesión de un grupo de madres jóvenes que les permitiera compartir sus experiencias entorno a la maternidad. La ejecución de este proyecto de intervención también permitió brindarles a las madres jóvenes herramientas que permitieran el fortalecimiento de la autoconfianza y que se les diera a conocer la importancia de las redes de apoyo durante y después de la maternidad, el cumplimiento de estos objetivos planteados en el proyecto se logró por medio de conversatorios, talleres y cine foros donde por medio de las actividades se les dio cumplimiento a los objetivos propuestos en este proyecto de intervención. |

Over the years it has been proven that this problem causes complications in many mothers in different areas such as physical and emotional health, in the economic sphere and especially in education. This project addresses the phenomenon of young motherhood, located in the Hoover Quintero neighborhood of the Turbo District, Antioquia, where work was done with young mothers between 16 and 25 years old, in order to promote the cohesion of a group of young mothers that would allow them to share their experiences around motherhood. The execution of this intervention project also allowed to provide young mothers with tools that would allow the strengthening of self-confidence and to make them aware of the importance of support networks during and after motherhood.
