RESUMEN: Mediante una investigación documental se llega a determinar cómo los prototipos de belleza han trascendido y se conservan en la sociedad a lo largo de la historia, conduciendo a variedad de personas a realizarse diferentes procedimientos quirúrgicos, que en su imaginario los lleva a lograr la belleza deseada; en el presente trabajo se mencionarán dos de éstos procedimientos ya que alteran específicamente la estructura ósea en el ser humano, éstos son la cirugía de feminización facial (CFF), que consiste con la realización de más de una cirugía con el fin de atenuar rasgos que se determinan como masculinos en el rostro; y el diseño de sonrisa, el cual modela las piezas dentales de tal forma que se pueda obtener un resultado simétrico. Este trabajo de grado busca comprender y analizar cómo los prototipos actuales de belleza influyen en la realización de estos procedimientos, y como éstos al ser invasivos en la estructura ósea generan unos nuevos retos para la antropología forense y los métodos utilizados a la hora de desarrollar la identificación de un individuo. |
