RESUMEN: Este articulo analiza las circunstancias que dieron lugar a las representaciones del mito histórico- político del hombre nuevo en la obra del cronista colombiano Luis Tejada Cano, quien dejo expresas sus reflexiones y propuestas sobre las transformaciones físicas, sociales e intelectuales que tuvieron lugar en las crecientes ciudades colombianas de principio del siglo XX. El análisis historiográfico de una fuente poco trabajada como lo es la dicha producción permitirá observar el profundo sentido que adquieren la cotidianidad, los conceptos y los objetos en la construcción del sentido de modernidad y de hombre nuevo en el marco del proyecto político de nación. |
