En esta, Rawls plasmó su preocupación por un orden institucional justo para todos los individuos. Por ello, concentra sus esfuerzos en la justicia, como primera virtud de las instituciones sociales, para que atraviese, en un ámbito doméstico, la estructura básica de la sociedad y, en el marco internacional, las relaciones entre Estados. En este escrito, se sostiene que dicha versión restringida de la sociedad y del alcance de la justicia, deja en deuda su teoría frente a las diferencias sociales en el nivel de vida de los países y la situación de pobreza absoluta de gran parte de las personas en el mundo. |

En este escrito, se sostiene que dicha versión restringida de la sociedad y del alcance de la justicia, deja en deuda su teoría frente a las diferencias sociales en el nivel de vida de los países y la situación de pobreza absoluta de gran parte de las personas en el mundo.ABSTRACT: The Theory of Justice by the North American philosopher John Rawls is considered one of the greatest contributions to the political philosophy of the twentieth century. On it, Rawls expressed his concern for a fair institutional order for all individuals. Therefore, he concentrates his efforts on justice, as the first virtue of social institutions, so that it goes across, on a domestic sphere, the basic structure of society and, in the international framework, relationships between States.
