En las profundidades donde se pusieron los muestreadores se midieron conductividad eléctrica, pH, nitrógeno inorgánico disuelto y la proporción fósforo soluble reactivo/fósforo total. El fósforo disminuyó hacia el final del muestreo (con excepción de los 5 m). mientras que el nitrógeno se incrementó El material inorgánico neto, la biomasa neta y la productividad sólo mostraron diferencias significativas entre muestreos. Los cambios de productividad se relacionaron positivamente con los de biomasa neta. Sólo hacia el final del tiempo de exposición se presentó biomasa vegetal detectable. Posiblemente la cercanía al sitio de bombeo, además de generar altas tasas de sedimentación, pudo producir un ambiente fluctuante con corrientes internas no detectadas que incidieron en las pérdidas de biomasa por desprendimiento mecánico y fricción. De esta manera, la comunidad se mantuvo siempre en la fase inicial de colonización por bacterias. |

De esta manera, la comunidad se mantuvo siempre en la fase inicial de colonización por bacterias.ABSTRACT: In this investigation the temporary variation of the net organic and inorganic materials, net biomass and biofilms productivity associated to artificial substrates placed during two months in four depths (5, 10, 15 and 20 m) of a station located near the dam of the reservoir La Fe was estimated. In the depths where the samplers were placed were measured electric conductivity, pH, dissolved inorganic nitrogen and the proportion soluble reactive phosphorus/total phosphorus. The phosphorus diminished toward the end of the sampling (except for the 5 m), while the nitrogen was increased. The net inorganic material, the net biomass and the productivity only showed significant differences among samplings The changes of productivity were related positively with those of net biomass. Only toward the end of the sampling time biomass vegetable detectable was presented. Possibly the proximity to the place of pumping, besides generating discharges sedimentation rates, it could not produce a fluctuating atmosphere with internal currents detected that they impacted in the losses of biomass for mechanical detachment and friction.
