RESUMEN: El presente documento da cuenta del proceso de práctica profesional para optar el título de socióloga, en apoyo a la Secretaría de Gobierno de la Alcaldía Apartadó, específicamente en el área de gestión de seguridad, derechos humanos y atención a víctimas, en las instalaciones del Centro Regional de Atención Integral a Víctimas (CRAIV) perteneciente a la Unidad Administrativa Especial para la Atención y Reparación Integral a las Víctimas (UARIV). El proceso de práctica tuvo como objetivo apoyar la actualización de dos planes; el Plan Integral de Prevención a Violaciones de Derechos Humanos e Infracciones al Derecho Internacional Humanitario, y el Plan de Contingencia municipal de Apartadó, ambos relacionados con la política pública de atención a víctimas en el marco del conflicto armado interno. A partir de los resultados de esta práctica y retomando los datos generados, este informe se centra en evaluar la relevancia de un enfoque diferencial en la atención a población víctima del conflicto armado en el municipio de Apartadó. Con base en esto, el informe se estructuró en cuatro capítulos: el primero encierra la participación en la política pública de atención a víctimas Plan de Prevención y Plan de Contingencia, el segundo expone los resultados del Plan de Prevención y Plan de Contingencia del municipio de Apartadó, el tercero da cuenta de las Políticas Públicas con enfoque diferencial, y, por último, las conclusiones y recomendaciones. |

The practice process aimed to support the updating of two plans; the Comprehensive Plan for the Prevention of Human Rights Violations and Infringements of International Humanitarian Law, and the Municipal Contingency Plan of Apartadó, both related to the public policy of attention to victims in the framework of the internal armed conflict. Based on the results of this practice and taking up the data generated, this report focuses on evaluating the relevance of a differential approach in the attention to population victims of the armed conflict in the municipality of Apartadó.
