RESUMEN: La educación es un factor determinante para los procesos de reincorporación y reintegración a la vida civil de los jóvenes de nuestro país y es necesario que las ofertas educativas que reciben sean pertinentes a sus necesidades y contextos inmediatos. Esta investigación expone la oferta educativa de un Centro de Formación para la Paz y la Reconciliación de la ciudad de Medellín. Su objetivo fue analizar la importancia de esta oferta en los procesos de reincorporación y reintegración a la vida civil de un grupo de jóvenes. La metodología utilizada fue un estudio de caso, el cual, desde la observación, el diario de campo, la entrevista, la revisión documental, el taller y la IBA, nos permitió acceder a historias, trayectorias y experiencias que atraviesan a estos jóvenes. En los resultados nos encontramos con un Centro de Formación que ofrece una educación integral, con un enfoque de Educación y Cultura para la Paz, también identificamos desafíos, barreras y luchas que enfrentan estos jóvenes en su paso por el Centro. Por otro lado, ellos resaltan la importancia y trascendencia de este Centro en su vida, a nivel académico y personal. Concluimos aseverando la necesidad de que esta oferta educativa se visibilice y haga eco en otras entidades, ya que podría extenderse y convertirse en una Política Pública. Pues el Centro les ha devuelto a estos jóvenes las ganas de soñar por medio de una educación contextualizada, gratuita y de calidad, que ellos (y nosotras) también esperamos que encuentren al salir del Centro. |

This research exposes the educational offer of a Training Center for Peace and Reconciliation in the city of Medellín. Its objective was to analyze the importance of this offer in the processes of reincorporation and reintegration into civilian life of a group of young people. The methodology used was a case study, which, from observation, the field diary, the interview, the documentary review, the workshop and the IBA, allowed us to access the stories, trajectories and experiences that these young people go through. In the results we find a Training Center that offers comprehensive Education, with a focus on Education and Culture for Peace, we also identify challenges, barriers and struggles that these young people face during their time at the Center. On the other hand, they highlight the importance and significance of this Center in their lives, on an academic and personal level. We conclude by asserting the need for this educational offer to be made visible and echoed in other entities, since it could be extended and become a Public Policy.
