El desarrollo de los objetivos propuestos será basado en las normas que regulan la materia en el C.G.P, el C.P.P, con apoyo en la jurisprudencia y la doctrina. Se concluye que, por lo general y en la mayoría de procesos, los despachos judiciales no cumplen con los términos señalados en la respuesta a la presentación de la demanda, contestación de memoriales, tiempos de trámites y fallos de sentencias, afectando así, las justicia y oportunidad de las partes. |

The development of the proposed objectives will be based on the norms that regulate the matter in the C.G.P, the C.P.P, with support in jurisprudence and doctrine.
