Se plantea un diseño metodológico que integra la observación directa durante la práctica pedagógica, análisis cualitativos de las interacciones entre los estudiantes y equipos, así como la comprensión de conceptos algebraicos. Este estudio permitió identificar patrones y tendencias en la estratificación del pensamiento algebraico, abarcando desde niveles iniciales de comprensión hasta niveles avanzados de abstracción y aplicación. Los resultados obtenidos proporcionaron una comprensión esclarecedora de cómo los estratos del pensamiento se manifiestan mediante el uso de juegos, así como su influencia en el desarrollo progresivo del pensamiento algebraico. Además, orientaron la implementación de estrategias pedagógicas efectivas para fomentar el pensamiento algebraico entre los estudiantes de sexto grado de la Institución Educativa Hernán Toro Agudelo |

A methodological design is proposed that integrates direct observation during pedagogical practice, qualitative analysis of interactions among students and teams, as well as the comprehension of algebraic concepts. This study identifies patterns and trends in the stratification of algebraic thinking, spanning from initial levels of comprehension to advanced levels of abstraction and application. The results obtained provide an enlightening understanding of how the strata of thinking manifest through the use of games, as well as their influence on the progressive development of algebraic thinking.
