Esta práctica, la cual se inserta en un programa de pregrado para la formación de profesores, se basa en los principios de la investigación-acción participativa y busca mejorar la calidad de la educación básica. La práctica es un contexto muy provechoso para todos los participantes puesto que tienen la oportunidad de desarrollar conocimiento teórico y práctico acerca de su quehacer cotidiano como profesores de inglés; además, se benefician con las nuevas ideas e influyen en los futuros cambios curriculares.RÉSUMÉ: Cet article présente l'expérience d'un stage d'enseignement de l'nglais menée par ses auteures dans différents lycées de Medellín. Ce stagem de étape finale du programme de licence en didactique de langues étrangères, est concu à partir de des principes de la recherche-action participante. Son objet est d'améliorer l'éducation au niveau des lycées.
