RESUMEN: El proyecto aborda las dinámicas de crianza y el vínculo afectivo entre madres jóvenes (18-30 años) y madres mayores (30 años en adelante) en el contexto del Centro de Atención Integral a la Infancia CAII El Reposo. A través de la observación participante, se ha identificado una diferencia en las prácticas de crianza y el compromiso de las madres jóvenes, quienes a menudo muestran desinterés en las actividades y compromisos del centro, lo que podría afectar el desarrollo integral de sus hijos. Esta situación se agrava debido a la sobrecarga de responsabilidades de las madres jóvenes, quienes enfrentan dificultades para equilibrar sus roles de madre, mujer y trabajadora. La problemática se ve influenciada por factores como la falta de educación sexual, la presión social para cumplir con roles tradicionales de género y la escasa capacidad de las jóvenes para conectarse emocionalmente con su maternidad, lo que puede derivar en un desapego hacia sus hijos. Este contexto resalta la necesidad de crear un espacio de reflexión y apoyo para que las madres jóvenes puedan compartir sus experiencias y recibir orientación, promoviendo una maternidad más empoderada y consciente que favorezca el desarrollo emocional y social de los niños y niñas |

Through participant observation, a difference has been identified in the parenting practices and commitment of young mothers, who often show a lack of interest in the activities and commitments of the center, which could affect the comprehensive development of their children. This situation is aggravated by the overload of responsibilities of young mothers, who face difficulties in balancing their roles as mother, woman and worker. The problem is influenced by factors such as the lack of sexual education, social pressure to comply with traditional gender roles and the poor ability of young women to emotionally connect with their motherhood, which can lead to a detachment from their children.
