Esta investigación es de corte cualitativa abordada desde el paradigma interpretativo, con un estilo histórico hermenéutico, recurriendo a la teoría fenomenológica. Para esta investigación, fueron indagadas diversas teorías cuyo fin es explicar las lógicas presentadas en los actos migratorios, tales como la neoclásicas y el enfoque push-pull (expulsión - atracción), las cuales nos permitieron identificar algunos factores claves de dichos procesos, además de abordar investigaciones que ayudaron a entender las formas con las cuales otros territorios vivenciaron los temas de migración e integración laboral, para así contextualizar la situación en nuestro territorio con los migrantes venezolanos y finalmente exponer las reflexiones finales de acuerdo a la pregunta problematizadora y al objetivo general presentado al inicio de esta investigación.

This research is of a qualitative nature, approached from the interpretive paradigm, with a hermeneutical historical style, resorting to phenomenological theory.
