Se encuestarán a 106 profesionales, seleccionados de manera representativa, y se realizará un análisis estadístico para identificar patrones relacionados con las condiciones laborales y demográficas. Este enfoque permite obtener una visión integral del impacto que dichas condiciones tienen en su calidad de vida. Como conclusión, se espera identificar los principales factores que influyen en el bienestar del personal y proponer estrategias que mejoren sus condiciones laborales, lo que resultará en una atención más eficiente y de mayor calidad en situaciones de emergencia. |

Through the Professional Quality of Life Scale (ProQOL), the factors that affect the psycho-emotional well-being of staff are analyzed, including work stress, compassion fatigue and burnout. 120 professionals, selected in a representative manner, will be surveyed and a statistical analysis will be carried out to identify patterns related to working conditions and demographics. This approach allows us to obtain a comprehensive view of the impact that these conditions have on their quality of life.
