RESUMEN: Este artículo presenta una reseña del software para diseño de rutas disponible en Colombia. Primero se presenta el resultado de la revisión de la literatura enfocada en el desarrollo de algoritmos para el diseño de rutas y su implementación en software para el proceso de toma de decisiones. Seguidamente, se identifican algunas de las características más importantes de la gestión del transporte en el sistema logístico en el ámbito colombiano. Luego se presenta la caracterización de los productos de software disponibles en el país. Finalmente se presentan las conclusiones del estudio y las futuras oportunidades de investigación. |
