RESUMEN: El presente informe se elabora en el marco de las prácticas profesionales II y III en la disciplina de Trabajo Social, desarrolladas en el área de Bienestar de la Facultad de Derecho y Ciencias Políticas. Este acompañamiento tiene como propósito promover la permanencia universitaria de los estudiantes de primeros semestres o provenientes de otras regiones, mediante el acompañamiento voluntario entre estudiantes. En este sentido, a través de la recolección de información para conocer el contexto de la facultad y caracterizar las necesidades de los estudiantes, surge la iniciativa PARES. Uno de los principales intereses de esta iniciativa es implementar una nueva estrategia pedagógica enfocada en la permanencia e inserción de los estudiantes en la vida universitaria. En el presente informe, se presenta primero una contextualización del campo de prácticas, seguido de la caracterización que responde a un proceso de diagnóstico. Posteriormente, se detalla la propuesta de intervención planteada, PARES, incluyendo su fundamentación y ejecución hasta el momento, así como recomendaciones para su mantenimiento en la facultad. Finalmente, se describen otros campos en los que se desarrolla el Trabajo Social dentro de la facultad, seguidos de recomendaciones y una evaluación del campo de prácticas |
