Se enseña para la vida para el crecimiento personal de todos los actores del proceso enseñanza aprendizaje. La evaluación del proyecto se llevó a cabo durante un año con la participación activa de toda la comunidad académica. para el logro de los objetivos propuestos se utilizó una metodología inscrita en el paradigma cualitativo y las estrategias para recoger la información fueron: el diario de campo, la observación no participante y las entrevistas semiestructuradas. Específicamente se muestran los análisis en relación con las categorías: Maestro, estudiante, currículo, metodología, perspectiva didáctica y perspectiva pedagógica. la intencionalidad de este articulo va mas allá de la simple descripción de resultados derivados del trabajo de investigación, pues más bien busca poner en escena reflexiones frente al maestro. |

Project in which the individual is considered as a center of educational activity. He teachis for life for the personal grwth of all stakeholders in the teaching-learning process. The project evaluation was conducted for a year with active participation throughout the academic community. To achieve the pobjetives proposed methodology was used registered in the qualitative paradigm and the strategies for gathering information were: the diary, the non-participant observation and semistructured interviews.
