RESUMEN: El presente informe está enmarcado en el proceso de práctica profesional desarrollado en la Secretaría de Desarrollo y Bienestar Social del municipio de Copacabana. Allí, a través de un proceso de contextualización y diagnóstico desarrollados en el periodo de la práctica, se evidenció la necesidad de fortalecer el interés y la formación en participación ciudadana de los habitantes del municipio. Es por esto que, como propuesta de intervención desde la práctica de Trabajo Social, se planteó la conformación del Consejo Municipal de Participación Ciudadana, el cual se propuso como una apuesta política y participativa para el municipio que posibilite la articulación entre las comunidades y la administración municipal para lograr incidir en asuntos de interés comunitario y municipal. Esta propuesta de intervención tuvo como referente teórico el construccionismo social, el cual fue clave para que, a través del lenguaje y la interacción con el otro, fuera posible la comprensión de la situación que se estaba interviniendo. Así mismo, se contó con un diseño metodológico que debió ser modificado durante la marcha, debido a las coyunturas propias del contexto político en el que se encontraba el proceso a la hora de ejecutar la propuesta de intervención. |

There, through a process of contextualization and diagnosis developed during the period of practice, the need to strengthen the interest and training in citizen participation of the inhabitants of the municipality was evident. This is why, as a proposal for intervention from the practice of Social Work, the formation of the Municipal Council of Citizen Participation was proposed, which was proposed as a political and participatory commitment for the municipality that enables articulation between the communities and the administration. municipal to influence matters of community and municipal interest.
