RESUMEN: Con el presente trabajo se busca implementar la adherencia a Guías de práctica clínica en el servicio de odontología de la E.S.E. Hospital La María sede ambulatoria. La metodología que se utilizó para llevar a cabo el proyecto de investigación inicia con la identificación de los diagnósticos más frecuentes de los pacientes atendidos en el servicio, una vez identificados los diagnósticos se lleva a cabo la búsqueda bibliográfica de las GPC en bases de datos nacionales e internacionales, posteriormente se evalúa mediante una herramienta que permite observar la calidad de las GPC con el objetivo de seleccionar la guía se acople óptimamente al diagnóstico seleccionado. Una vez seleccionada la GPC se diseña un instrumento para evaluar la adherencia de cada GPC, luego por medio de una prueba piloto se evalúa la calidad del instrumento por medio de 5 historias clínicas aleatorias de cada diagnóstico seleccionado. Ya teniendo el instrumento aprobado se sistematiza en plataforma institucional para la evaluación periódica de la adherencia a las GPC. Finalmente se socializa al grupo auditado el instrumento y las recomendaciones emitidas en cada GPC. |

The methodology that was used to carry out the research project begins with the identification of the most frequent diagnoses of the patients treated in the service. Once the diagnoses have been identified, a bibliographic search of the CPGs is carried out in national databases. and international, it is subsequently evaluated using a tool that allows observing the quality of the CPG with the objective of selecting the Guide that optimally fits the selected diagnosis. Once the CPG is selected, an instrument is designed to evaluate the adherence of each CPG, then through a pilot test the quality of the instrument is evaluated through 5 random clinical records of each selected diagnosis. Once the instrument has been approved, it is systematized into an institutional platform for the periodic evaluation of adherence to the CPGs.
