RESUMEN: Este trabajo presenta los resultados de una investigación sobre experiencias educativas de maestros cuyo propósito estuvo orientado a interpretar significados de la experiencia educativa de maestros de Educación Física de educación secundaria y universitaria a partir de relatos de experiencia sobre cuerpo y educación en el contexto rural y urbano. El método empleado para indagar sobre la experiencia educativa fue la narrativa autobiográfica cuyo análisis se hizo a partir del análisis categórico de la estructura. Entre los principales resultados se encuentra una concepción de cuerpo ligada a la perspectiva sociocultural, en clave antropológica, el cuerpo está anclado a la propia biografía. En los relatos de experiencia, la concepción de educación se halla ligada a la idea de formación, hay variaciones en la experiencia de ser maestro; del saber de la experiencia surgen unas imágenes de maestros que se sostienen en la idea de maestro de sentido. El estudio da cuenta de algunos matices diferenciales entre los maestros de educación secundaria y universitaria y del contexto rural y urbano. El análisis de la información permite inferir aspectos que componen la experiencia educativa como experiencia vivida, saber pedagógico y aprendizaje. |

The method used to investigate the educational experience was the autobiographical narrative whose analysis was made from the categorical analysis of the structure. Among the main results, a body conception is linked to the sociocultural perspective, in anthropological key, body is attached to the own biography. In the experience stories, the perception of education is connected to the idea of training; there are variations in the experience of being a teacher, from the knowledge of the experience comes up images of teachers who maintain the idea of teacher of sense. The study shows some distinguishing shades between teachers in high school and higher education and the rural and urban context.
