Hoy el derecho de las comunidades y sectores populares a los SPD está siendo vulnerado debido a las lógicas del neoliberalismo y la privatización, que han convertido estos servicios en una mercancía, a la que sólo pueden acceder aquellas personas que tienen con qué pagarlos. Un claro ejemplo de dependencia en el año del “Bicentenario”.ABSTRACT: Public Services Residential (PSR) is important as they determine the quality of life of the people, for without these, the daily activity of survival is difficult and directly affect the status of dignity. Today the right of communities and grassroots groups to the PSR is being violated because the logic of neoliberals and privatization, that have made these services in a merchandise, which is only accessible to those who have to pay.
