RESUMEN : El objetivo principal del proyecto es generar un manual detallado de las funciones de un interventor en obra, a partir de la interventoría asignada en la obra de “mejoramiento de infraestructura educativa en los corregimientos del Jordán y Samaná del municipio de San Carlos” en el departamento de Antioquia Este manual se realiza mediante el conocimiento adquirido durante todo el tiempo que se ejerce el cargo de interventor en la obra, a partir de los errores cometidos y de responsabilidades no ejercidas por desconocimiento. Este manual se hace con el fin de permitir que futuras personas que ingresen a la empresa. o a otras empresas, al cargo de interventoría por primera vez, tengan la oportunidad de enterarse de manera detallada cuales son sus funciones, evitando así incurrir en errores por desconocimiento o no se ejerza el cargo de la manera que se debe hacer. |

This manual is created by using the acquired knowledge during the entire period in which the position of site supervisor is held, learning from mistakes made and responsibilities not fulfilled due to lack of knowledge.
