RESUMEN: El presente trabajo aporta al inventario y caracterización de los Buses Escalera del municipio de Andes-Antioquia, declarados en el año 2004 como Bienes de Interés Cultural y Patrimonial a nivel municipal. Este, derivó del convenio entre la Universidad de Antioquia y la Secretaría de Educación, Cultura y Deporte de Andes, en el marco de la práctica profesional en Gestión Cultural, en la modalidad de procesos artísticos y culturales. En la primera parte de la práctica profesional, en el año 2022, se realizó un diagnóstico, con la participación de propietarios, conductores y usuarios de los Buses Escalera, con el objetivo de identificar el estado del inventario y caracterización de éstos en Andes, y, de sensibilizar a la comunidad sobre este Bien de Interés Cultural. Entre los resultados, se halló la necesidad de iniciar el inventario, debido a la ausencia de avances en el tema; así, se originó el proyecto Inventario y Caracterización de los Buses Escalera del Municipio de Andes 2023. En la segunda parte de la práctica, para la construcción del inventario se trabajó desde el enfoque de Investigación Cualitativa y la metodología de Investigación Acción Participativa (IAP), con los lineamientos del Ministerio de Cultura de Colombia como referentes. En el documento, encontrará la información del proceso de elaboración de este inventario, el cual se espera que sirva como insumo y motivación para trabajar por los Buses Escalera patrimonio rodante del municipio de Andes, que permanecen en el territorio resistiendo a diversos problemas que amenazan su conservación. |

This study emerged from the agreement between the University of Antioquia and the Secretary of Education, Culture and Sports of Andes within the framework of the professional practice in Cultural Management in artistic and cultural processes. In the first part of the professional practice, in 2022, a diagnostic was carried out with the participation of owners, drivers, and users of the Buses Escalera. The objective was to identify the state of the inventory and characterization of those while raising awareness among the community around this Cultural and Heritage Asset. The results showed the need to start the inventory due to the lack of progress. Thus, the project "Inventory and Characterization of the Buses Escalera in the Municipality of Andes 2023" was initiated. In the second part of the practice, the inventory approached the perspective of Qualitative Research and Participatory Action Research (PAR) methodology, following the Ministry of Culture of Colombia guidelines as references. In this document, you will find information regarding the construction process of the inventory.
