RESUMEN: En la presente investigación se hará un esfuerzo por comprender los procesos, hechos y actores que participan e influyen en la gobernanza regional del Oriente Antioqueño. Para ello, se construirá un contexto detallado de la cuestión en tres perspectivas temporales: lo pasado, lo presente y lo proyectado; poniendo el enfoque en aquellos hechos detonantes, macroproyectos de desarrollo y figuras de planeación que han influido en la configuración de la región. Del mismo modo, se espera dar cuenta de los distintos modos de organización y regionalización que se han implementado en el Oriente y que constituyen la base sobre la cual se desarrolla la trama de la gobernanza regional. Por último, se caracterizarán y analizarán las relaciones entre actores sociales de naturaleza estatal, económica y política, así como los diferentes programas de regionalización que promueven. |

To this end, a detailed context of the issue will be constructed in three temporal perspectives: the past, the present and the projected; focusing on those triggering events, macro development projects and planning figures that have influenced the configuration of the region. Likewise, it is expected to account for the different modes of organization and regionalization that have been implemented in the Oriente and that constitute the basis on which the fabric of regional governance is developed.
