RESUMEN: Este trabajo fue motivado por la necesidad de analizar y atender la problemática de la violencia intrafamiliar en el municipio de San Marcos, Sucre. Dicha necesidad fue valorada durante el periodo de trabajo práctico realizado en la institución de Comisaria de Familia, las actividades realizadas en labores propias de trabajo social y en acompañamientos al equipo psicosocial, tales como visitas domiciliarias, entrevistas y labores de vecindad. Asimismo, desde la lectura y análisis de contexto, donde a través de las distintas solicitudes dirigidas al despacho, se conoció el incremento de casos en el 2021. La investigación expone distintos niveles de análisis desde lo cualitativo y gestiona un plan de acción de acuerdo al contexto y al diagnóstico, lo que permitió conocer la importancia de proveer información sobre la violencia intrafamiliar y sus distintos tipos, la crianza amorosa y las rutas de atención; lo anterior está enfocado en espacios rurales, ya que teniendo en cuenta las dificultades presentadas al momento de atender usuarios en el despacho, se evidenció desconocimiento sobre los pasos a seguir después de expuestos los casos. De igual forma se comprende que la comisaria de familia de San Marcos no cuenta con recursos propios para atender de distintas formas, ni llevar a cabo proyectos de promoción y prevención a los usuarios de toda la extensión rural y urbana del municipio. |

This need was assessed during the period of practical work carried out in the institution of the Family Commissioner, the activities carried out in social work tasks and in accompaniments to the psychosocial team, such as home visits, interviews and neighborhood work. Also, from the reading and analysis of context, where through the different requests addressed to the office, the increase in cases in 2021 was known.
