RESUMEN: La autogestión comunitaria es una manifestación de la acción colectiva y es generadora del impulso necesario para mejores condiciones de vida; por ello, la presente investigación pretende desde el Trabajo Social, identificar las prácticas que contribuyen a la conservación de las tradiciones y empoderamiento de las mujeres de la vereda Piamonte del municipio de Andes, desde el empoderamiento y liderazgo de la mujer, autogestión comunitaria y feminismocomunitario; en este sentido, la investigación está centrada en las experiencias de las mujeres Piamontunas y de cómo construyen entretejido desde los objetivos individuales y colectivos para liderar procesos comunitarios en la vereda; así pues, la importancia de este trabajo radica en visibilizar el rol de la mujer campesina no sólo como caficultora, cuidadora, madre y/o esposa, sino como líder y gestora de procesos de bienestar en su territorio local, pero además, posiciona a la mujer Andina como promotora de conocimiento y visibiliza el rol femenino como emancipador, fuerte y creador. |
