Secondly, the conceptual and methodological approach, the object of study, the problematic nuclei and, the hypothesis and the objective of this research are explained. Third, results, finished and – on going researches, tutorial of theses, and publications are also mentioned. Finally, the data on the research group, its international, national and local contacts as well as funding institutions supporting this line of research is also included. |

En primer lugar, se tratan los antecedentes, las políticas nacionales e internacionales y de las organizaciones indígenas, el contexto que rodea la salud de los grupos étnicos, los antecedentes de investigación y de acción, resaltando la formación de talento humano. En segundo lugar, se expone el enfoque conceptual y metodológico, el objeto de estudio, los núcleos problemáticos, la hipótesis y los objetivos de esta línea de investigación. En tercer lugar, se enuncian los resultados alcanzados, las investigaciones terminadas y en curso, la dirección de trabajos de grado y las publicaciones.
