Es por ello que el aporte prestado por el T.S es importante en la normalización de los servicios que se presta dicha agencia. También con el objetivo de desarrollar procesos y acciones para garantizar la atención al usuario, con el acompañamiento y posterior seguimiento a las demandas referentes a los derechos constitucionales y humanos, aportando con esto a la sana convivencia y la paz en el municipio de Apartadó. Este proceso de práctica, desarrollado en la personería de Apartado, se realizó a partir de la implementación de las fases de intervención profesional: en un primer momento se llevó a cabo la lectura de contexto, en el segundo momento se analiza la situación desde un diagnóstico rápido participativo, posteriormente se diseña e implementa una propuesta de intervención y finalmente se evalúa el proceso mencionado. |

That is why the contribution provided by the T.S is important in the standardization of the services provided by the agency. Also with the aim of developing processes and actions to guarantee the attention to the user, with the accompaniment and subsequent follow-up to the demands referring to the constitutional and human rights, contributing with this to the healthy coexistence and peace in the municipality of Apartadó.
