RESUMEN : Este informe se centra en la interventoría de los trabajos de mantenimiento de los toboganes en diferentes sedes de Comfenalco Antioquia, como parte de un proyecto en curso de supervisión de diversos proyectos de infraestructura. Dado que el mantenimiento de los toboganes es de vital importancia, no solo por los estándares de seguridad que se deben cumplir, sino también por el significativo recurso económico que estos requieren, se considera un área clave dentro de la gestión general de la infraestructura de la caja. La interventoría tiene como objetivo garantizar que las actividades de mantenimiento se realicen de manera eficaz, asegurando que los toboganes permanezcan en óptimas condiciones de funcionamiento y seguridad para los usuarios. En este proceso se tomaron en cuenta estándares internacionales, como los establecidos por la ASTM, así como las normativas colombianas vigentes, particularmente la Ley 1225 de 2008 y la Ley 1209 de 2008, que regulan la seguridad y el mantenimiento de los equipos recreativos. Este informe se enfoca específicamente en los toboganes, con el fin de resaltar los procesos de control, la calidad en los trabajos realizados y las medidas de seguridad implementadas, elementos fundamentales para asegurar una experiencia segura y satisfactoria para los usuarios. |

Since the maintenance of the slides is of vital importance not only because of the safety standards that must be met, but also due to the significant financial resources they require it is considered a key area within the overall infrastructure management of the organization. The objective of the oversight is to ensure that maintenance activities are carried out efficiently, ensuring that the slides remain in optimal working condition and safe for users. International standards, such as those established by ASTM, as well as the current Colombian regulations, particularly Law 1225 of 2008 and Law 1209 of 2008, which govern the safety and maintenance of recreational equipment, were taken into account during this process.
