RESUMEN: El presente estudio explica por qué la representación del problema de la participación política de las mujeres, que no parte de una transversalización del enfoque de género, incide en la brecha de implementación en el Punto 2 del Acuerdo Final de Paz: “Participación Política. Apertura democrática para construir la paz”, utilizando el marco analítico de Carol Bacchi “WRP”, y el método de process tracing. Dentro de los hallazgos, se identificó que la representación del problema consignada en el Punto 2 es de tipo hegemónico, lo que implica que se excluyeron otras representaciones, y que las medidas afirmativas para lograr la participación política efectiva de las mujeres fueron insuficientes para contrarrestar la exclusión histórica que han experimentado. Así mismo, quedaron en evidencia las dificultades que han tenido las mujeres firmantes en su reincorporación, debido a la falta de garantías y la estigmatización que enfrentan para ejercer su actividad política. Finalmente, el mayor aporte de esta investigación se centra en demostrar cómo los imaginarios alrededor de las problemáticas sociales dan origen a políticas públicas, que, a su vez, plantean “soluciones” que pueden desencadenar efectos discursivos, de subjetivación y vividos. |

Democratic opening to build peace"; for this purpose, it is supported by Carol Bacchi's analytical framework "WRP" and the process tracing method. Among the findings, it was identified that the representation of the problem consigned in Point 2 is hegemonic, which implies that other representations were excluded, and that the affirmative measures to achieve the effective political participation of women were insufficient to counteract the historical exclusion they have experienced. Likewise, the difficulties that the women signatories have had in their reincorporation, due to the lack of guarantees and the stigmatization they face to exercise their political activity, became evident.
