Es cierto que a través de las investigaciones algunos autores afirman que su lengua está muerta por no tener descendientes directos hablantes; pero a través de las representaciones cotidianas, como son los elementos que se usan en la oralidad de esta población indígena, se tienen vivos los vestigios de esta lengua, lo que hace que algunos investigadores afirmen que es posible tratar de recuperar la lengua Pasto. |

Zusätzlich zu seiner Entwicklung als Gesellschaft. Diese Menschen versuchten, sich den Prozessen zu widersetzen, die darauf abzielten, ihr Wissen und ihre Identität zu verwestlichen.
