description RESUMEN: el presente informe recopila el proceso y los resultados de la práctica profesional II Y III de Trabajo Social de la Universidad de Antioquia adscritas al programa de prácticas de excelencia en la Alcaldía de Medellín con la Secretaría de Participación Ciudadana en el Centro de Desarrollo Social del corregimiento San Antonio de Prado, tuvo una duración de seis meses realizadas bajo la modalidad intensiva. Desde allí se lleva a cabo la construcción del Plan Anual de Incidencia para el año 2021, además se planea y ejecuta el proyecto Soy pradeña/o, soy social que tuvo como objetivo principal la generación de espacios de encuentro y formación para la reflexión, la sensibilización y el debate alrededor de temáticas relacionadas con la inclusión y conciencia social, que permitieran reconocer el rol de las Mujeres y las Diversidades LGBTI en la sociedad, sus derechos y reivindicaciones. Asimismo, este proyecto le apostó a la educación sociocultural como estrategia para la transformación individual y colectiva de las y los sujetos de cara a la priorización del bienestar social y al ejercicio de participación y planeación incluyente.

It lasted six months performed under the intensive modality. From there the construction of the Annual Incidence Plan for the year 2021 is carried out, likewise, the project Soy pradeña, soy social is planned and executed and that had as its main objective the generation of meeting and training spaces for reflection, sensitization and debate around issues related to inclusion and social awareness, which would allow recognizing the role of woman and the community LGBTI in the society, yours human rights and claims.
