Los trabajadores de la salud encuestados según el cuestionario MBI-HSS obtuvieron el 14.4 del puntaje. Según la escala, sienten agotamiento emocional con grado bajo. El 3.8 del puntaje según la escala, sienten despersonalización con grado bajo, y el 35 del puntaje según la escala, sienten realización personal al trabajar con paciente o usuarios con COVID-19. |

Furthermore, a descriptive study was implemented, and the data was collected in an IPS in the city of Medellín. In addition, two questionnaires were applied through the "Google Form" application, as well as the data was analyzed using the SPSS program and the Maslach Burnout Inventory- Human Services Survey questionnaire (MBI-HSS). Finally, health workers surveyed according to the MBI-HSS questionnaire obtained 14.4 of the score. The findings suggest that as stated in the scale, they feel emotional exhaustion with a low degree.
