description RESUMEN: El presente artículo identifica y describe la evolución del Comercio Electrónico, así como el papel y protección que nuestro sistema normativo le ha otorgado a los consumidores, en especial a los consumidores electrónicos, por medio de la imposición de obligaciones informativas a los proveedores y fabricantes. Asimismo, identifica el Legal Design como una herramienta que posee una serie de mecanismos y dinámicas que permiten a los abogados y equipos jurídicos presentes en dicho escenario ayudar a materializar el principio de buena fe y, por ende, el cumplimiento de las obligaciones informativas en búsqueda de una mayor protección del consumidor.
