RESUMEN: En la actualidad, los accidentes de tránsito son considerados una prioridad en las agendas de los países pues se encuentran entre las principales causas de muerte y discapacidad a nivel mundial; con este escenario, la Asamblea General de las Naciones Unidas emitió una serie de recomendaciones a las naciones para combatir esta problemática. Adicional a las recomendaciones emitidas por Naciones Unidas y las normas establecidas en el código de Tránsito, Colombia estableció un paquete de decretos y resoluciones para el diseño e implementación de Planes Estratégicos de Seguridad Vial en el país con el objetivo de promover la formación de hábitos, comportamientos y conductas seguras en los diversos actores de la vía. Siendo un tema de actualidad mundial y local por el impacto económico, político y social que representan los accidentes de tránsito, se realiza la reestructuración del plan estratégico de seguridad vial de la empresa CORPAUL, el cual fue creado en el año 2016 y revisado en el año 2019, adquiriendo una calificación del 30%, la cual no es la adecuada reglamentariamente; la reestructuración se realiza en tres fases: inicialmente se hace una revisión bibliográfica del PESV actual y todas sus estrategias, segundo: se detectan falencias del plan, tercero: se elabora una propuesta mediante un documento, donde se proponen además acciones de mejora. |
