Este trabajo académico da cuenta de la formulación y ejecución del proyecto de intervención “Cuidado y protección, componentes para un envejecimiento digno” el cual se estableció por medio del diagnóstico social realizado en la institución con el fin de reconocer las necesidades existentes en dicho lugar y con ello configurar el objeto de intervención de la práctica, y además, formular o elaborar un objetivo “Fortalecer la red de apoyo familiar de los adultos mayores vinculados al Club Huellas de Vida del Municipio de Yarumal, para lograr un mayor acompañamiento y atención para las personas mayores durante el año 2023 como estrategia que se mantenga en el tiempo”, para que guiara el proceso y permitiera la transformación de la realidad que viven los adultos mayores y sus redes de apoyo socio-familiares. Por otro lado, en este informe se expone el informe de gestión realizado en la práctica profesional y que da cuenta de las acciones ejecutadas en este periodo de tiempo. |

This academic work accounts for the formulation and implementation of the intervention project "Care and protection, components for a dignified aging" which was established through the social diagnosis made in the institution in order to recognize the existing needs in that place and thereby configure the object of intervention of the practice, and also, formulate or develop an objective "Strengthen the family support network of older adults linked to the Huellas de Vida Club of the Municipality of Yarumal, to achieve greater support and care for the elderly during the year 2023 as a strategy to be maintained over time", to guide the process and allow the transformation of the reality experienced by older adults and their socio-family support networks.
