La bruja se convirtió en el canal de conducto por donde se materializaban las potencias malignas en cuanto a su ejercicio maléfico; el diablo, por ser espiritual, necesitaría de instrumentos humanos que le secundasen en su papel de ordenamiento estructural del mundo terrenal . Indagar sobre el papel que desempeñó el cuerpo femenino en la construcción de la fantasía demonológica, a partir de la narrativa de uno de los manuales más estudiado y controversiales en la historia jurídica e inquisitorial: el Malleus Maleficarum, muy conocido como El martillo de las brujas, para golpear a las brujas y sus herejías con poderosa maza (1484- 1485), nos adentrará en el análisis de la filosofía natural y la medicina de la época, atravesada por la influencia de la teoría humoral y equilibrio de sustancias, que se corresponden con la creencia en los elementos cósmicos (astrológicos) y los naturales, creando un corpus de ideas que le permitirían dotar de lógicas su discurso de la presencia del diablo en la vida del hombre, y que aportarán tanto en la práctica como en la teoría, a la racionalización del cuerpo como receptáculo no solo de las funciones orgánicas, sino que sirve de canal de conducto de las entidades espirituales y celeste que repercutirán en la salud y en el alma, aspecto tan importante para el cristianismo y la sociedad de la época. |

The witch became the conduit channel through which the evil powers materialized in terms of their evil exercise; the devil, because he is spiritual, would need human instruments to support him in his role of structural ordering of the earthly world . Based on the narrative of one of the most studied and controversial manuals in legal and inquisitorial history: the Malleus Malefic arum, –also known as The Witches' Hammer, to hit witches and their heresies with a powerful mace (1484-1485) –, we will investigate the role played by the female body in the construction of demonological fantasy, and delve into the analysis of natural philosophy and medicine of the time, crossed by the influence of the humoral theory and balance of substances which correlate with the belief in cosmic (astrological) and natural elements.
