Para ello, se reconocen tres categorías: participación juvenil, joven como sujeto político y políticas públicas, que enmarcan todo el proceso investigativo desde la perspectiva crítica reconociendo al sujeto como agente movilizador de su realidad, por esto, se aborda desde la teoría de la democracia participativa. Es de tipo cualitativo y cuenta con un alcance exploratorio descriptivo. Los sujetos investigados fueron los jóvenes del corregimiento de los Llanos de Cuivá, entre los 14 y los 28 años que están inmersos en los programas y proyectos que se ejercen desde la Administración Municipal y al mismo tiempo aquellos que no tienen ningún tipo de participación con la institucionalidad. Para esto, se hizo uso de técnicas como la entrevista semiestructurada y la revisión documental, que brindaron información de las prácticas y representaciones de los jóvenes desde su participación en las políticas públicas. Es por esto, que el Trabajo Social pretende comprender desde sus esferas las dinámicas dadas en la participación y cómo esta influye en la transformación de los territorios. |

For this, three categories are constituted: youth participation, youth as a political subject and public policies, which frame the entire investigative process from a critical perspective, recognizing the subject as a mobilizing agent of their reality, for this reason, it is approached from the theory of democracy participatory. It is qualitative and has a descriptive exploratory scope. The subjects investigated were young people from the corregimiento Llanos de Cuivá, between the ages of 14 and 28 who are immersed in the programs and projects that are carried out by the Municipal Administration and at the same time those who do not have any type of participation with the institutionality. For this, techniques such as the semi-structured interview and documentary review were used, which provided information on the practices and representations of young people from their participation in public policies. This is why Social Work tries to understand from its spheres the dynamics given in participation and how it influences the transformation of the territories.
