RESUMEN: En el ámbito empresarial, y más concretamente, en el sector textil, es fundamental velar por el bienestar y la calidad de vida de las y los empleados que hacen parte de nuestra organización, es por lo que este trabajo presenta una propuesta y el desarrollo de esta en pro de mejorar las condiciones de vida de las personas que hacen parte de Mattelsa. Esta iniciativa se inscribe en un paradigma cualitativo con un enfoque sociocrítico que, retomando la teoría general de sistemas y de la mano de la teoría del capital humano, nos permitirá una intervención más situada al interés por transformar y aportar a estas realidades. El proyecto se postuló con la intencionalidad de generar oportunidades más pertinentes en este ámbito y posibilito dar una mirada inicial para un proyecto que tendrá un lugar futuro en esta institución. |
