RESUMEN: Este trabajo nace a partir de la experiencia de un taller teórico-práctico de dibujo, propuesto para estudiantes entre los 10 y los 17 años de edad, habitantes del Municipio de Montebello Antioquia, que demostraron algún interés por las prácticas relacionadas con el dibujo, el taller se desarrolló como un curso intensivo, para atender las necesidades específicas de los participantes frente a las técnicas usadas en esta actividad, y alcanzar altos niveles de calidad en la creación de piezas visuales y artísticas, teniendo como herramienta fundamental la práctica del dibujo. El propósito central es dar a conocer la metodología usada por el pintor, ilustrador y poeta, cubano, José Pérez Olivares, ofreciendo actividades técnicas de interacción con el participante con el entorno y su comportamiento personal en colectivo, propiciando aprendizajes significativos en En la praxis del dibujo, para encontrar un gusto por la actividad artística, sin dejar de lado que esta intuición vocacional, puede estar proyectada hacia otras áreas del conocimiento, como arquitectura, cine, moda, entre otras, desde una reflexión interior en la búsqueda de su enfoque para la formación laboral.Por medio del uso de la metodología IAP (Invetigación-acción participativa) se introdujo al participante en procesos básicos del dibujo, materiales iniciales y ejercicios fundamentales para la práctica, aumentando la complejidad del anterior, finalizando con la creación de una pieza de dibujo original, para exhibirla en una exposición en el marco de las fiestas patronales del municipio, siempre bajo el acompañamiento y dirección del docente, hacia cada participante. |

The main purpose of this research work is to explain the methodology used by the Cuban painter, illustrator and poet, José Pérez Olivares, having technical activities of interaction with the participant with the environment and his personal behavior in a group, promoting meaningful learning in the praxis of drawing, to find some interest for the artistic activity, without leaving aside the vocational intuition projected towards other areas of knowledge, such as architecture, cinema, fashion among others, from an inner reflection in the search for his focusing in occupational training.
