The conceptual perspective is based on the minimum viable innovation system model. The results show that the institution needs to fill the growth gap between the outcome of current activities and where it wants to be in five years’ time. The prioritized idea within the innovation portfolio consists in designing and implementing a technological platform to support the offer of innovative social services.

Para ello se utiliza una metodología basada en cuatro fases: fundamentación teórica; recolección de datos; análisis del caso a la luz de la fundamentación teórica, y síntesis de contribuciones prácticas. La perspectiva conceptual se basa en el modelo de sistema de innovación mínimo viable. Los resultados muestran que la institución necesita llenar la brecha de crecimiento entre lo que producen las actividades actuales y dónde quiere estar en cinco años.
