RESUMEN : La normativa colombiana establecida para la habilitación y acreditación en salud exige a las instituciones prestadoras de servicios de salud cumplir con determinados requerimientos que permitan tener garantía de la seguridad del paciente en todo momento que estos sean intervenidos y/o atendidos, entre estos requerimientos se tiene la obligación desde el área de ingeniería biomédica la cual está encargada del proceso de gestión de tecnología de cada institución prestadora servicios de salud, contar con ciertos requisitos como por ejemplo, las hojas de vida de los equipos biomédicos usados en los servicios según corresponda, algunos de los componentes de estas hojas de vida son documentos legales como el registro INVIMA de los equipos, el registro de importación, cartas de garantía y demás documentos que serán expuestos a los largo del presente proyecto. Dadas las circunstancias normativas mencionadas el objeto de este trabajo fue realizar la construcción de hojas de vida de equipos clase IIA del Hospital Alma Mater de Antioquia, principalmente con la intención de contar con la información de los mismos de manera organizada y automatizada, adicionalmente y como objeto de la habilitación y acreditación del hospital. |

Dadas las circunstancias normativas mencionadas el objeto de este trabajo fue realizar la construcción de hojas de vida de equipos clase IIA del Hospital Alma Mater de Antioquia, principalmente con la intención de contar con la información de los mismos de manera organizada y automatizada, adicionalmente y como objeto de la habilitación y acreditación del hospital.ABSTRACT : The establish Colombian normative for the habilitation and accreditation for the health provider institutions demands to all of them fulfill with certain requirements that allows them to guaranty the security of the patients in every moment that they are attended or involved, in these requirements they have the obligation of having certain legal documents that support the biomedical equipment used in the institution in the different services they are exposed in the resumes, an example of them are the INVIMA register, importation register, guaranty letters and other documents that will be exposed throughout this project, all of them being part of the technology management in charge of the biomedical area in the institution.
