RESUMEN: Las MIPYMES del sector comercial de los supermercados independientes son parte importante de la economía de la ciudad de Medellín, por ello es de suma importancia la generación de valor y permanencia de éstas en el mercado, en lo cual influye significativamente las decisiones tomadas por los directivos, las cuales deberían estar fundamentadas en gran medida a partir de un adecuado uso e interpretación de la información financiera. Por ende, este escrito es producto de la investigación realizada sobre el uso e interpretación que los directivos le dan a los estados financieros para la toma de decisiones, por lo que para esta investigación se hizo un estudió en el que se tomó una muestra representativa y se encontró que las decisiones que toman los directivos en el desarrollo de las operaciones del negocio en general no están fundamentadas en las herramientas de análisis financiero que permita potencializar la toma de decisiones. |
