RESUMEN: El presente documento da cuenta del proceso de práctica profesional para optar al título de socióloga, el proceso de desarrollo en el consorcio EYD puerto waffe 008, en el marco del proyecto “consultoría para la estructuración integral: técnica, legal, ambiental, predial, social y financiera para elaborar los estudios y diseños que permitan la recuperación del espacio público y la navegabilidad del caño – puerto waffe en el municipio de Turbo”, busca la renovación integral del centro y el Waffe de Turbo. El proceso de práctica tuvo como objetivo apoyar la ejecución del plan de gestión social en todos sus componentes. El eje de sistematización fueron los espacios y mecanismos de participación ciudadana al interior del proyecto de consultoría. Con base en esto, el informe se estructuró en cuatro capítulos: el primero encierra la contextualización y marco normativo, el segundo expone dos proyectos nacionales como referentes de participación e incidencia ciudadana, el tercero da cuenta de la unidad de análisis y reconstrucción de la experiencias, y, por último, las conclusiones y recomendaciones. |
