Asimismo ha definido en su sistema procesal penal aquellos métodos o técnicas especiales que permiten arribar al detalle sobre el modus operandi o esfera más íntima de ese fenómeno a partir de la utilización por ejemplo de agentes encubiertos. En esa medida y a luz del marco político-criminal vigente, los agentes encubiertos resultan para la Fiscalía General de la Nación una técnica especial de investigación útil para alcanzar el mandato constitucional encaminado al cumplimiento de los fines esenciales del Estado, como asegurar la convivencia pacífica y la vigencia de un orden justo; sin embargo, existen vacíos conceptuales sobre su fundamento normativo, doctrinal y jurisprudencial y por ello resulta pertinente abordar el estudio de dicha figura a partir de un análisis que articule esos elementos que el sistema premial impide conocer. |

Likewise, it has defined in its criminal process system those special methods or techniques that allow to get in detail the way of operation of these organizations or the most intimate sphere of that phenomenon using, for example, undercover agents.
