RESUMEN : La constructora SOLUCIONES CIVILES S.A. actualmente desarrolla el proyecto inmobiliario BELO HORIZONTE en el sector la primavera del municipio de Bello, Antioquia. BELO HORIZONTE contará con dos torres de apartamentos, cada una de treinta pisos; catorce apartamentos por piso, un compendio de zonas comunes para el uso de los residentes. Y finalmente, una torre de parqueaderos con doce pisos por donde se ubicará el ingreso a la urbanización. La construcción del ingreso a la urbanización requiere la pavimentación de la vía de acceso desde la calle 59D del barrio la primavera hasta el kilómetro cero más ciento treinta metros después del ingreso a la finca Hernando Builes, proyectada como la entrada al proyecto por el cuarto piso de la torre de parqueaderos. Antes de iniciar la construcción del pavimento de este tramo de vía fue necesaria la compilación de estudios preliminares y complementarios como línea base para identificar las condiciones específicas en el tramo a pavimentar. Con ello, se consideró el estado actual de la vía, determinando las características del manejo de las aguas lluvias teniendo en cuenta los requerimientos y las especificaciones de acuerdo con la normativa para el proceso de construcción de pavimento flexible. Una vez culminada la caracterización del tramo a pavimentar se diseñaron los alineamientos horizontales y verticales de forma que se garantizara el vertimiento de aguas lluvias en los lugares de almacenamiento. |
