Según el modelo de criterios diagnósticos de 1992 aplicado a los pacientes antes del inicio del tratamiento, 25% tuvieron diagnóstico definitivo y 53% diagnóstico probable. Al aplicar los nuevos criterios, 14% tenían diagnóstico definitivo y 64% probable. En ambos modelos 22% de los pacientes no alcanzaron el puntaje para clasificarlos como HAI. La concordancia entre el diagnóstico clínico y los criterios del GIHA fue de 78.5% con ambos puntajes. Conclusiones: ambos modelos son útiles para el diagnóstico de hepatitis autoinmune. El modelo de 1998 es más específico en nuestro estudio. |

Methods: retrospective, non-analytical trial in 28 patients with diagnosis of autoimmune hepatitis (AIH), at two university hospitals at Medellín city. Results: we analyzed 28 patients with diagnosis of AIH. According to 1992´s pre-treatment scoring system, 25% had definitive diagnosis of AIH and 53% probable diagnosis. With the revised scoring system, 14% had definitive diagnosis and 64% probable diagnosis. In both systems 22% of the patient didn´t meet the criteria to classify as AIH. The agreement between clinical diagnosis and IAHG scoring system was 78.5% both score systems. Conclusions: both score systems are useful for autoimmune hepatitis diagnosis.
